Q: Can I download maps for offline use?
A: Offline map functionality is not currently available, but we are exploring this feature for future updates.

A: Check your device's volume settings and ensure Urban Rider has permission to play audio. Also, verify that your device is not in silent or "Do Not Disturb" mode.
